Hello, and welcome to Girlygetsfit.com! This blog is currently still a baby, but it will grow to contain great workouts, recipe inspirations, #healthy places to eat out in Singapore, as well as beauty tips, so please stick around!

My name is Sabrina, and I am an aspiring fitspo and I hope to document here my transformation from weak to awesomeness! I was a nerd/geek/sometimes party-cat for a big part of my life. I have done pretty well so far being skinny-fat, but you will never catch me in a pair of bikini or cut-out dress, ever. I just never felt confident in them! I am greatly inspired by the fitness movement spreading across the world, and I think it’s pretty fair to say I want to look like a bronzed greek goddess now!

I started this blog as this new lifestyle approach required quite an overhaul from my old lifestyle. Many of my girl inspirations were active individuals since a young age, but I was never in any sport so I’m basically starting from zero. But I refuse to believe that it would be impossible for me! My newfound lifestyle did take to a slow start, but I’m gaining momentum as I learn more about my body and what I put into it. I have been reading and researching obsessively about nutrition, workouts and the body for about a year, so I think I have a good grasp of what I need to know. I am starting to feel the benefits of leading this healthier lifestyle, and I thought it is only right to share any health tips, recipes and workouts I find along the way. Hopefully one day *soon*, I can proudly post my selfies! :D
